Location spot on. Liked the seating area outside. Having sky tv.

There is one high Step at the top of the stairs case which is higher than all the rest, my sister fell down it. Sofas to soft, would have liked a recliner or sofa with a foot stool etc to put your feet up after a long day. No bedside light in bedroom with the bunk beds. The complimentary tea and coffee tray was empty not been filled up after last hosts. Some dishes been put away dirty. No one there to let us in, and key code didn’t work, left standing for nearly two hours.

Comfortable, in the whole apartment. Great central heating .

The lower back yard,to the walled gate . Concrete flooring in need of a good jet wash and sanitised.

In the centre for amenities and attractions. Nice kitchen with good facilities.

The shower room has a problem of water ingress. You need to sort it before the fabric of the building is badly damaged.

Great location, easy walking distance to the town centre and sights. The little balcony was great for breakfast and drinks

Parking was a bit tricky and a hairdryer would be a nice extra (unless I just couldn't find it)

Location. Clean. Best kitchen. Great balcony. Good communication from management. Luxurious towels. Good linen on beds.

No clothes airer. No conditioner. Only 2 tablets for washing machine.

We liked the spacious kitchen, the dishwasher was a plus!!! The heated bathroom floor. The lovely terrace where we had breakfast it was sunny in the morning and we enjoyed cooffee on the terrace. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, but I think a new mattress would make a big difference. Lovely decor.

The matresses need replacing, they are sagging in the middle. That was the only thing we wish was better. Otherwise we can't fault the apartment. The sofa needs a bit of a clean in places. Maybe address the bit of dampness in the bathroom and a lick of paint would be good.

Lovely apartment....all we needed!
