Located in a quiet village, surrounded by countryside the cottage was great for our needs and good value. It adjoins the Pub, but this did not detract in any way

Random pick as a stop over on the way home from the Highlands....what a stunning 2 bed cottage. Great renovation with just about everything you need including breakfast! Great fresh coffee, tea and biscuits. Kitchen facilities and equipment if you fancy self catering or a pub next door that does food 7 days a week. Comfy beds and bedding, lovely cosy lounge, logs and coal for the kitchen fire.. Lovely drive into the countryside but only 20 mins from the M6. Hadrians Wall not far away.

Great spot so pretty and quiet. Wish we had stayed longer.

Sad that the pub was closed.
