Gatesgarth Cottage @ The Pheasant Inn

Kate was so friendly recommending dog walks locally. The whole place was spotless. Brilliant find for us as we have family very local so will be back! Cumwhitton is beautiful. So kind of our hosts to include breakfast cereal & a few other bits too. Was also really nice to have a message from Peter prior to arrival so we had the hosts' contact details if we needed them & talked us through access. Just brilliant! Wish we could have had more time there but now we know about The Pheasant Inn we will be back.

Only that we couldn't sample the food menu as we were getting fed elsewhere (family party!) The food has really good reviews & the current menu looked amazing.

Whole.place was immaculate, Peter even left a lovely welcome tray with milk etc. Pub next door was fab, food amazing and just the nicest staff. We will deffo be back even just to look at the views from the super comfy beds and thr beautiful sunsets from the living room

A very comfortable overnight stay in a lovely little cottage, adjacent to the pub. Amazing value.

Very spacious and nicely furnished cottage. We loved the skylight over the shower/bath and the attention to detail from the host such as leaving cereal, milk and fruit juice for us. The neighbouring cows and calves were a highlight for us too :)

Incredibly comfortable cottage, only stayed one night but definitely would of liked to stay a few more nights. Has all the amenities and is furnished really nicely.
