"This apartment was the perfect base for a fun long weekend at Filey Folk Festival."

The location was ideal, right on the seafront but also right next to a path up the hill that takes you straight to town. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Comfortable double bed, clean modern bathroom, spacious living/kitchen/dining room. The building was also nice and quiet. We didn’t hear any noise from any of the other apartments. Communication with Emma the owner was also excellent in the build up to our stay, giving us info about check in and parking and also to check whether we needed the sofa bed in the living room making up.

We liked everything about the property!

The location is perfect. Emma my host was friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. The apartment was immaculately clean and fixtures and fittings were quality.

No negatives at all.
