Perfect for a family of 4, apartment was well looked after and modern. great location for all the attractions of Edinburgh, plus 3 supermarkets around the corner and a Poundland,

"Ideal for the Usher Hall and one night stay."

Not likeable. Stale milk left in the fridge. Took our own porridge and had breakfast locally. Quiet and reasonable sitting area. Property was fine for one night or two but would not stay longer. Bedroom fine but 2nd bedroom awful. Not good having to walk through the main bedroom.

2nd bedroom No light switch near the bed if needing toilet in the night it would be a treacherous climb down. Stairs to bed dangerous. Easy to smack one's head if sitting up in the night.

convenient location

boiler and radiator was not working properly. Strange sound from the radiator went on at 2am and 4am, we had to get up and turned the control to get it stop. It didn't improve after we formed the staff. There were flies all over the house which was terrifying. That was the first time we saw such condition in a mordern city.

Ground floor flat within walking distance to attractions. Cozy with a spacious kitchen. Clean linens

Radiators were constantly banging at random times. Had to constantly adjust the knobs in order to get it to stop. No idea why. The patio doors would not close or lock. Messaged the property manager regarding doors with no reply since day 1.
