Borrodale, one bedroom apartment with balcony and loch view.

Great, great stay. Clean, comfortable, a big space for just one person which was lovely. Very refreshing to have my own space, and even better as breakfast and cooking items (ie oil, salt, pepper etc) were supplied. Great views, relaxing out-of-town location. Comfiest couch ever. I want to come back just to crash on that couch. Miss it already.

It was a great location with great views… but I did not drive so getting to and from Fort William town centre was about a 30 ish minute walk which, as a solo female traveler, got a little spooky at nighttime (very little streetlights!). There was a bus that during winter went not frequently at all (and cost 4.95 pounds to get two stops into town, madness!). But if you have a car, or the desire for long walks on the pebbled beach, it’s perfect. The only other thing I’d suggest would be adding a blind to the front door. It’s frosted glass, but still a little freaky even if it’s just the neighbours outside!

Norma the host was very obliging when I had a few issues with coffee machine, offered to come down to help me with it. The flat was immaculate and stocked with everything you would need to maintain things if you wished to do so. Also supplied enough goodies for a lovely continental breakfast. Shower was amazing and a good idea to have the soap and shampoo bars, it was a nice touch. Couldn't fault it.

The location was a bit away from the fort william center so less noicy which was what we were looking for, the view of the loch is amazing, right in front of it there is a trail you can go to the actual loch. Room was warm and confortable, kitchen was fully equiped with everything we needed to cook our meals, the place was very clean and there was lots of room for storing clothes and things.

There is no lighting nor anything that would make it easy to find the place if you go there by night so for example we got a little bit lost the day or our check in because there is just a small sign with the name that you might see but also might not because there is no lighting on it nor anything and if you are arriving there in the night it can be hard to find it. The place says breakfast included but i don't think it should be listed as that since what they do is that they have bread, coffee, milk, butter, and jam for you to use them but you're supoused to get your own things to cook your breakfast which is fine but not what we were expecting. Bed was too soft for me and quite small for a couple we did fit on it but we were super close to each other which i also know some people might not like.

Location was great five minutes to the centre of Fort William. Very peaceful at night . Excellent facilities over all .comfy bed .

Comfortable and clean apartment. Great that it had a washer and dryer to get some laundry done while on our road trip. Good communication with the host via messaging.

The property was very clean and had all the amenities and more. The hosts were really thoughtful in the detail they put into the apartment. 10/10 would recommend!
