Borrodale, one bedroom apartment with balcony and loch view.

The facilities were really good, comfy and clean. Loved the coffee machine and the coffee beans in the fridge. Lovely and warm rooms too .

Excellent facilities, everything included and very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and very well presented, the owner even supplied milk, tea, coffee, cereals etc. Great parking out front and easy access. Outstanding views. Brilliant communication from the owner, we had a wonderful time.

Accessible location

The furnishings in the property are pretty basic. Entrance to the property is along a corridor at the rear. This area has not been well maintained and does not give a good impression.

This property was advertised as ‘breakfast included’. This is misleading I paid an inflated price compared to the other apartments in the same building for breakfast. The ‘breakfast’ consisted of 2 cereals in a dispenser which were either cheap or stale, frozen bread and 4 small taster jars of jam etc not enough to last the duration for 2 people. The view of the Loch doesn’t not provide the hoped for relaxing ambience as the property is situated on the main A82 busy road and noise. Also if there are people staying in apartment above you can hear every step that’s made through the ceiling.

The view of Loch Linnhe from the apartment was just gorgeous. The apartment is lovely, fab shower, comfy bed and spacious rooms/storage. Kitchen is very well equipped, garden area perfect for dog to let out early morning. The Dyson hairdryer was a nice surprise 😃love the little soaps.

Nothing at all - only problem was people staying upstairs were a bit noisy walking around for an hour from 5 am (as they checked out at 6 am) so a note to tell guests to be considerate until 7 am might be a solution as maybe they didn’t realise 🥹

The property was so lovely and clean and had everything that you could want tea, coffee, milk even butter and bread in freezer. Everything was great!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we were on ground floor so balcony looked over car park, however, the views across the Loch were stunning and we still sat out and enjoyed it. The accommodation was excellent, everything in apartment was to a high standard and good quality and everything you needed was there. Good location, 2 kilometres from Fort William great base for exploring the area.

To be fair not much not to like, balcony at car park level maybe but it was still nice to sit out and look across the Loch.
