The beds and the location, everything was at your doorstep, the communication from the owner was good.

The mould, the smell. The overall interior. Definitely needed a makeover and a clean up, the smell was unbearable, we all felt as if we had a chest infection when we left as a result of the mould and damp. The place should not have been an Air B & B according to the posters in the hallway so we constantly felt as though we shouldn’t have been there. If you aren’t used to noise this is not the place for you. We waited 45 minutes to get into the car park as we didn’t have a fob in our apartment for it. The stains on the mattresses where absolutely disgusting. The bath kept feeling as though it was going to fall through when taking a shower. The price definitely was not worth it.

The owner was very good to communicate with, made life easy for us. For value of money it is what u pay for

-have to wait outside till someone come to door we were lucky, people came in good timing - the overall building smell our accomdation itself didn’t -left over food in fridge/freezer -two bathrooms have no window or vents, condensations was in then all weekend, even as we all used shower curtains correctly -mold everywhere to be seen particulary in bathroom and windowsills. -dirt all over windows -heating was hard to turn on - one night password didnt work for door we just waited for someone to come. -no spaces at all -one friend has beg bugs after it photo below

good location with easy access to local area, buses etc, beds were comfortable,

had to tailgate to enter building, host didn't meet or leave keys in safe location. lots of mold, host asked not to strip beds which makes me think they're not cleaned in between visits, building didn't actually allow short term rentals or airbnb's so they're breaking the rules. shower handle was broken

Good location, within walking distance to food spots/shops

Bathrooms need doing up, mould on the walls and on the bath/shower sealant

-Good proximity to city centre, music venues ect. -Good value for stay. -Facilities for cooking. -Owner fast to respond when issues arose. -Parking

-Could be cleaner, mould seen in showers. -Signs in building do specifically say no air bnb use? -Initially had issues with gaining access to property, had to wait for a resident to leave and let us in.

Location only

Lifts not working or not working well,windows and bathrooms full of mould,bed rooms wont close or lock heater not working, the apartment needs a really good refurbishment

This is a great value place in a great central location. The place was exactly as described and pretty well supplied with everything we wanted. The property owner was clear and helpful in messages

good location and size for if travelling in a group
