The flat was well located and we'll furnished with most of the things I needed for my stay. Clean and comfortable, very good value for money.

A few more kitchen essentials would have been helpful, oven dishes/trays etc

Still waiting for refund of my £150 damages deposit 11 days after we checked out.

it was warm when I managed to figure the heater out, the Tv is good.

I was given a different room to what I booked/didn’t look anything like the pictures. there was a horrible smell in the property which made me feel sick, couldn’t get rid of it with air freshener and has lingered all over my clothes. the windows look like they’re going to fall apart, the blinds are knackered so let’s all the light in at night. found spiders in the kitchen area. overall a terrible experience. definitely the worst place I’ve stayed and wasn’t exactly cheap, much rather a hotel room for the money paid. I hope they use that money to buy a new set of blinds and get rid of the smell.

Spacious, nice furniture, good wifi and facilities in general. Very responsive host as well - we were initially cold, asked for a heater and it arrived within 30 miniutes. In the end we did not use it but it was good to have the option.

No bowls and hot water was a little limited.

Excellent location, right in the centre. Plenty of room, all the facilities you would expect, codes to enter mean no risk of losing keys, the Wi-Fi was better than I am used to, and except for one brief moment one night because of other people in the same building, it was nice and quiet.

The blinds need repairing. There were two moments where I was given incorrect info that caused a bit of stress, was going to message about it, and then noticed I had already also been sent different correct information and didn't need to message after all.

Great location and really well equipped apartment.
