Location is good, bathroom, bed and kitchen were clean. Internet connectivity is also fine.

The heater was not working, window curtain was jammed and open throughout the stay.

worst of the worst experience ever. was locked outside the flat for two hours on the street midnight due the wrong password I was provided. property’s phone number cannot be reached either by me or by booking.com. In the end, I got no apology but blame for me not calling them, which I clearly did countless times. so did booking.com. nothing can be more absurd. this personnel got no work ethic at all. been to more than 15 countries and this property is the worst. this is a serious safety concern. what if I did not have my phone or credit card with me

The sofa was nice.. the location was decent.

The bed was broken, I got lucky on the side I picked, my partner however sunk through the mattress as the slats were out of place and parts of it were hanging off or just not connected at all! The owner came by, and with his words, we were 'lucky' he was nearby. He spent about an hour drilling the bed to make it work. Which was incredibly loud. But our plans were to stay in, and I didn't feel like being kicked out for something that was his problem in the first place. Also the shower room smelt of mould and damp damage. The shower itself had a lot of issues.

The property was very dirty and smelling. There was a very strong smell of alcohol and cigarettes in the room. We had to vacate the property immediately and did not stay as the smell was suffocating.
