Spacious Belfast City Centre Duplex Apartment

Both showers weren't the warmest

Parking, easy access to city centre, large apartment well furnished.

No instructions for tv that we couldn’t get to work and no response from host despite messaging and phoning.

Place was spacious for the two of us that stayed, lounge room and kitchen/dining upstairs and the two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. There was access on both levels which was good for not having to carry luggage on the stairs. Lounge was very comfy, beds were comfy enough, towels provided were big and soft, place was clean. Full kitchen including oven and microwave. Balconies off the dining space and master bedroom. Good location, about 10mins walk to the city hall where a lot of public transport is and hop on hop off bus stops. Washer dryer was great to have too (although a wash and dry cycle took about 7hrs)

Some maintenance/repairs required to the property, there was cracked tiles in the bathroom, some of the window and door latches were abit fiddly, had to get out of the shower slowly as the tiles were slippery. TV and oven both had to be turned off at the power point and back on again before they would work (every time). Host took over 24hrs to respond to assistance for the TV and only after I re-messaged them asking for help. Deep clean needed as well, surface clean done well but mould in the washer machine tray and shower

Location, clean, spacious lounge area.

Lots of small things that need updating - sink plugs that don’t fit or are missing, toilet seat that doesn’t fit, taps that are difficult to use, mattresses not that comfy, TV didn’t work.

Big appartment located near the central train station and the city hall. Quite area at night. Clear instructions to enter. Fourniture is not new. The kitchen is spacious. The shower cabins are small but quite comfortable. They are provided with big bottles of shower gel and shampoo. The owner is feasible and quickly answered some questions. Good relation quality/price.

The location and spaciousnes of the apartment. The helpfulness of the Booking.com staff once we were able to get around the bot who informed us that it could not help us.

The fact that the apartment was presented with the garbage bin full, a strong smell of cooking, bedding unchanged and towels as used by the previous occupants. When contacted, the owner's attitude was not helpful at all. We were just advised to contact Booking.com for a refund.

Vanno fatte alcune manutenzioni e più attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli.

Great location, right near heart of city centre. 2 couples so having 2 bathrooms was ideal. Nice big rooms and comfy sofa

Shower in main bathroom needs repairing, my friends had to hold shower head to have a shower, not a big fix to fix pole and holder. Shower tray in ensuite doesn't drain properly so you're standing in a puddle of dirty water. Ironing board needs a cover and iron needs cleaned/renewed. Only 2 pillows on each bed which wasn't ideal Needs even a basic non stick frying pan as couldn't even fry an egg without it sticking. Tv didn't work until I logged into Amazon account, so if you don't have Amazon/Netflix you wouldn't have tv to watch. Only one key and fob. As we were 2 couples, having another key and fob would have been so beneficial to let us do our own thing if we wanted. I did message about tv and asked what number we would need to press to gain entry if needed and didn't get a reply. Was quite disappointing as communication before we got there had been excellent. These negatives are minor things and didn't really affect our stay but sorting them out would have made it fantastic. Would definitely use again if available and hopefully will next year
