Spacious Belfast City Centre Duplex Apartment

Was dirty and one of the sinks was blocked, was disgusting

The location is perfect — most major sights are within walking distance! The apartment is very quiet in the evenings, making it great for a restful stay. Spacious, cozy, clean, and well worth the price — I’d 100% recommend it for families or groups of friends. You can find any necessary (pan, cups, towels etc.) facilities in the apartment as well.

The waterbasin drain outside the bedrooms appears to have a problem. The drainage is quite slow, and water occasionally backs up and overflows from the pipe.

The space, secure parking, layout, 2 bathrooms, beds were comfy - very good all round.

Only negative was that it was noisy at night due to proximity of clubs/pubs - but fully appreciate there is nothing you can do about that, it's a city centre location after all.

The property was very central for moving about Belfast. It had everything we needed & was very spacious but was a bit dated. The host was very responsive & very prompt in us get the tv working.

There were a few things that needed fixing but nothing major. The oven was very dirty & the door didn’t fit properly so we couldn’t use it. Disappointed!
