comfortable and quiet. everything was in good working order.

The road at the end of the drive was very busy especially to cross on foot. Electric gates could not be opened with key fob but fine with the key pad.

Well equipped and very comfortable and in a quiet location.

Not a real problem just the driveway being a country lane is quite rutted - so navigate it carefully.

Kim & Eddie's instructions to reach the property were excellent. The property was quiet and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed.

Very little - as it was very warm and sunny during our stay a couple of outdoor chairs would have been appreciated.

We really enjoyed our time at The Toy Room. It was such a relaxing homely place to stay. The accommodation was spotless and very well appointed. Instructions for access was very comprehensive but really easy to follow . In addition Kim and Eddie had left some basic provisions which we very much appreciated and also a welcome cake , very nice and very thoughtful. These kind of things make a massive difference . For those willing to walk the Hutt public house is only a mile and a half away along the road that has a pavement , excellent food and drink.

Everything was great.

After finding a very useful arrival package we settled into a very comfortable and cosy cottage. It was very handy to explore the southern part of Sherwood Forest. A great stay!

The welcome pack along with the cleanliness of the property and very quiet being away from the main road also some nice restaurants just a short drive away

Automatic security light over door would have been helpful for returning at night.

Good location for walking, golfing and relaxing.
