Location

Living space was small and uncomfortable decoration and quality of furnishings really poor. It smelt awful when we arrived. The whole place creaked when moving around. This was not somewhere we wanted to spend any time in and were thankful we would only be there overnight.

Great location Great for a 1 night stay for a group

Kettle needs descaling or replacing Decoration could do with a touch up in places

we love the setup and location, perfect for 5 friends to meet up and have a lovely communal space to chill. We book here couple times a year. #4 is our favourite

The property itself was fabulous! Perfect nothing was a problem and lovely and clean. Close to town centre and great value of money too. Showers and toilets were clean beds were cleaned with towels on the bed. Teas and coffees also included. Also cleaning supplies were inside. Hoovers, bin bags, mop, sanitiser on the wall. Such a put together place and would recommend.

The door was a bit annoying to open you had to do it quickly to unlock but finally got there. One other thing is the check in and check out times. 3pm is a good time to check in but 10am check out was a bit annoying and wish there was a option to leave later. But that’s common in nowadays places and completely understandable. Nothing wrong with the apartment at all though! Clean, nicely decorated and spacious rooms.

Lovely apartment with everything you need, clean and comfortable,is a must for a group booking.. We celebrated a friends 60th at the property and could not fault it, very reasonably priced and cheaper then booking several separate hotel rooms. Everything on your doorstep, 5 minutes walk and you have unlimited access to shopping, restaurants, pubs, Chester City walls or even a walk down to the river Dee which has a lovely park nearby and of course Snuggby’s which is a must especially if you like ice cream, Chester Zoo is a short journey from the apartment.
