Excellent communication, quick responses to questions regarding parking and accessing the property. Overall very happy with the stay.

The location

Wellll..... entered property on initial entrance looked ok walked into open plan kitchen and dinner Windows discusttingly dirty dining table dirty carpet dirty fridge freezer seal popping out have to keep placing when opening freezer Balcony dirty windows floor glass no chairs for balcony Bedroom with ensiute bed horrible sunk in middle bathroom wall by toilet dirty shower stunk Cupboard with dustpan and brush etc opened and iron board fallout hitting me on nose 2nd bedroom cushions dirty carpets near dirty windows dirty stains on floor i tried calling letter no response. For the price paid definitely not worth it. This place has potential but only needs some TLC good cleaning company And the leter to be more attention to detail. But overall very disappointing as not cheap and I had invited 3 friends for birthday celebrations I was very embarrassed.

I waited 2 hours to get in don't book this they don't care and booing .com don't care either

The place is a tip

Location to broad street was great. Easy walking distance. Rooms a good size.

Blinds in bedrooms inadequate didnt block out light a all. The rooms were far too light at night and the daylight woke us up early. Also only 1 small bath towel each and only 1 hand towel between 4 of us. Heating was difficult to get to work,.rooms were cold. No instructions. Only 3 chairs at nreakfast table. When it sleeps 4 people.

The location is central with lots of food places. The property has a spacious balcony and Netflix on the tv.

The heating was not working during our stay therefore we had to use the electric heater provided to stay warm. I did contact the host however, I did not get a call back. (The host did not check in at all throughout the stay). The beds were ok, not the best and the sofa was very flat which was uncomfortable to sit on so we used the dining table chairs instead.
