Clean, easy to park.

There was parking right outside, the apartment was very clean and exceptionally well equipped. The host had also provided camping chairs, buckets & spades and a small rucksack in the hall cupboard for people to use for a day at the beach, lovely idea.

I would have liked a dishwasher but it didn't spoil my stay.

High standard of cleanliness and very well equipped. Very spacious accommodation and well laid out.

Excellent off road parking place right at the front of the property. Steep external stairs to the first floor entrance but that are secure safe with good handrails. Key safe was easy to use although it was dark, a porch light would help!

The combo boiler was not always delivering hot water reliably , possible fault with the flow switch. The electric shower only delivered a very low water flow.

Great location, great instructions and very clean, nice quiet area

No heating on when we arrived (we were told it would be) and took a while to heat up. Just a suggestion 4 adults were staying and 1 chair and a corner sofa which only actually allowed 3 people to sit comfortably as the 4th person had to lie on the corner - just personal preference other than that a great find.

Perfect apartment. Cosy and comfortable and everything we needed, great WiFi and well equipped .

It was accessible for my disabled husband as there is a handrail on both sides of the outside staircase - something sadly lacking inside the properties in the area, far less finding a hotel nearer than St Andrews, with a lift! Car parking could not have been closer. We only ate breakfast there but it was extremely well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking items. The standard of cleanliness throughout, was superb and it was quiet.

It could have done with some detailed accessible user instructions. On our departure, none of us knew how to fill the bathroom washbasin with hot water. I had to take it from the kitchen sink to wash my face. Neither my husband nor I are very tall so the beds were adequate for us. The double bed was rather small for my son and his wife who are relatively tall.
