Only one towel provided couldn't get it dry even using the airer provided damp celler room marks on the bedding Also some sort of pump in locked cupboard in room 9 decided to go off a 3am most nights Not ideal

"It was okay, if you need somewhere to stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful and did try to resolve the hot water"

It was in a great location and was okay to stay.

The parking wasn’t available to had to park in the car parks behind and pay for parking per day. The sink wasn’t working properly so I had no hot water. The place needed a little touch up and was quite cold even with the heaters on.

Neatness, closeness to train station and quite simple

The room was cold even though the heater was switched on and at 29 degrees, luckily for me, I was given an extra heater

"9 day stay in Wolverhampton"

Location was great, central, close to bus and train station, food and amenities. Room was a good size with kitchen and bathroom.

We stayed for 9 days so wish there was an option for towel replacement. There are no nearby laundry mats so the towels especially the floor/hand towel got dirty quite quickly. I appreciate its a non serviced apartment but perhaps supply extra towels, tea towels for extended stays. Also we had to buy cleaning products as none were supplied. Would be handy to supply these and a broom if it is expected to be left clean on checkout.
