Mould on the walls in room 3 left without staying. Credit to Oasis they were very understanding and gave me a full refund

Room 6 was a comfortable and spacious room with all the facilities I needed. Annalisa was very good about moving me when I was unhappy with my first room. Christine, the cleaner was very friendly and helpful and does a good job.

The noise of the front door was a problem the first two nights, but Annalisa managed to get it fixed. There is only double glazing on one of the windows and that doesn't fit properly. The apartment is on a main street with a night club nearby so it is very noisy.

Great location. Room was very clean. Shower was great. Beds very comfortable, loads of pillows. Can't fault it. Stayed for five nights. Loved it.

Not ideal for person with kids and going up with luggages and being close to the street u can't sleep in when the street below comes alive during the day At night in the early mornings there a couple of nightclub life

Compact kitchen area.

No chair to sit comfortably on or space for one. Just a hard chair and tiny table. Overnight heating failed the first night.

Convenience for station, bus station and town centre. Warm, spotless, secure, safe and comfortable. Well equipped beyond expectations and excellent value for money. Great TV!!
