Location was superb

The noise of water rushing from above the ensuite was a bit annoying Perhaps this was just applicable to our ground floor room

Cosy.

I wish there is another mirror in the room like long length and do my make up but I don’t like it when the bathroom was way too hot to put on my make-up. And it would help to put a notice behind the front door remind guests to close the door quietly if it’s a late one especially when my friend and I are deaf, we felt the vibrations as we were staying on ground floor. Also I wished I had received the password for the WiFi a day earlier cos it wouldn’t work on 4G when we arrived so we had to go out and get the WiFi password elsewhere so it was quite annoying. Also it would help in advance which car parks for the whole weekend is good value, etc but unfortunately Euro Carpark was bad and it was impossible to pay cos of their machine was not working properly, same with their app and I even called someone via Relay UK for deaf people was not great either!!! I have already reported this and I’m worried I’ll get a fine. Don’t recommend them on Tower Street - just so you know.

L’emplacement de l’établissement est bien situé pour tous les magasins et aussi très pratique car peu loin des stations pour les transports (train et bus) Le calme dans la résidence !!

La literie : le matelas beaucoup trop mou et on ressentait les ressorts du sommier il faut les changer impérativement
