Queen Street Apartments

I liked the cleanliness of the property, the closeness to the city centre, and how quiet it was. Alongside the aforementioned, it came with free Wi-Fi, a fan, a kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils, washing machine, small fridge, kitchen sink, kettle, dishes), an electric heater, as well as safety features like a fire blanket and a carbon monoxide alarm.

I was content with this property so I have nothing to dislike about it.

Self check in and no staff, which is fine - codes to get in. Great communication via the app. The most well stocked room I've stayed in, tv, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, bottle opener, iron, fan, table, tub of tea and coffee, just no milk. One bed was springy and the other soft and comfy. Clean to a good standard. Close to the bus station and shops.

There was no milk, mini carton or otherwise. The bathroom fan was incredibly loud and stayed on 10 minutes after the light was turned off.

Location was good and bed was convertible for me

Very noisy due to the wind and other people, the window couldn’t be open for ventilation

L’appartement est bien situé, proche de la gare et des commerces. L’appartement 2 est sécurisé et ne donne pas sur la rue donc c’est plutôt calme.

On entendait les portes des voisins qui claquaient (parfois à 1h, 2h, 5h du matin…) et la canalisation, comme si que l’eau tombait directement dans le studio…

Everything was perfect

We had the ground floor appartment and during the night 3 full nights with people in the road talking laughing etc. We could not sleep.

The property was easy to locate and close to the train station. The guest support “Annalisa”, was supportive and quick to respond to text.Bookings have to rate them a solid 9 over 10.

The wifi was slow to connect. Aside that everything was perfect.
