It is in a good location, and the beds are very comfortable.

There is still no lock on the bathroom door (see review 12 months ago) and the door does not shut. The WiFi codes had not been updated in the folder but this was sorted by message to the owners. Also a very small wash basin in the bathroom which isn’t practical if you want to wash rather than shower. As previously mentioned there is a bus stop outside and the flat is above 2 Off licences and a vape shop. Young people hang around on the pavement chatting etc until the small hours which is disturbing to sleepers in the front bedroom. Picking our way through broken glass on the pavement in the mornings wasn’t great.

Location good, loads of little extras, breakfast cereals, bread, butter etc. bedding and towels lovely and fresh

Couches uncomfortable , and the continuous noise throughout the night from some fan outside on the building below. In the city noise to be expected, however, if you are not a great sleeper this is not helpful. Get restaurants close by. The Greek restaurant at the corner of the street was 1st class.

Great location near the Roscoe Head pub and some good restaurants. Clean apartment. Excellent communication from host. Spacious rooms. It was nice touch to have provided some light breakfast items.

WiFi didn't work for us - we didn't bother trying to get it sorted as we were mostly out and about in the city. Lock was broken on toilet door, this was not a big issue and we informed the host for future guests.

Fantastic location and very well equipped with everything we needed

Very noisy floors - both the flat above and the flat itself.
