Cosy town centre cottage

Location was brilliant house was lovely and warm

Comfortable well equipped cottage in a great location. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable super king bed. Plenty of space in the bedroom. Free parking readily available close by.

Really could benefit from an extractor fan over the shower in the bathroom.

Location was in the middle Peebles which was perfect for us. House was warm.

Messaged to ask for kitchen tea towels as there was none. We had 3 bath towels but no hand towels. Also the standing lamp in the sitting was in pieces when we arrived. The owner did arrive promptly to attend to these issues. Although there were 3 of us, we had 2 kitchen stools, leaving 1 to stand to eat.

The location was perfect. The cottage was comfy and warm.

We did have a problem withe the lockbox. It would also have been helpful to have information in print for how the TV worked.

The lack of a table and chairs which were in the description. We found found the breakfast bar awkward. The lack of a view.

The location of the cottage was fantastic, just off the top of the high street. The bed was huge and very comfortable.
