Fantastic Location with Henley-in Arden a few miles away and Stratford on Avon only 30 Mins.

So good we booked again for a week. The only place my wife has returned to in 20 years so it must be something special.

Place was very spacious, had everything we needed. Outside was a picnic bench very quiet and private location.

Spacious, clean, charming style, comfortable beds, quality bedding, ample hot water, good kitchen facilities.

Everything was great!

Fabulous cottage

Needs a few tweaks in terms of kitchen utensils lol but that’s it!

We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade for our anniversary to cottage 2, which was amazing. It definitely had the wow factor. The property was very clean and had some lovely finishing touches, for example, milk in the fridge, cereals provided, and chocolates on the coffee table. Julian and Ali were impeccable hosts, the information provided prior to arrival was extremely useful, and the folder in the property detailing local eateries and walks was also helpful. Julian even helped us with getting the log burner started. Nothing was too much trouble. Julian visited us before we left to ensure our stay was satisfactory. If you want a clean, quiet, and beautifully set getaway, this is the property for you. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

There was nothing we didn't like. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and it was incredibly spacious inside the property. I am truly unable to say anything negative about this property or the hosts.

It was an ideal getaway that I needed. It was beautifully quiet and very comfortable. I really enjoyed it and would go again.
