Newly Reno'd 2 Bed with Free Parking

Great location, plenty of room and nice to have a free parking spot.

The combo washing/drying machine took 5 hours for one load.

Good location, within walking distance to the Royal Mile, attractions, and pubs. It was very convenient to have a private parking spot. The house was spacious, the rooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely remodeled. Easy check in and check out. The host responded very quickly to questions.

There was some mold on the wall in one of the bedroom closets. The floors by the baseboards and closet door tracks were not cleaned well. The road noise is pretty loud, but didn’t bother us. It’s right on a cobblestone road.

Excellent location

Bedrooms ground level, traffic noise was awful, supposed to be 20mph past property, didn’t happen plus road changed from tarmac to cobbles right outside property, so very noisy which was a real shame. Beds very hard and bed linen needs a rethink, very thin and no extra blankets for extra warmth.

All very tidy and clean, and supper cost. The location is also great, you can walk everywhere from there. The host was also very kind and provided all the instructions we needed. Over all a very good experience .

The Location was great. We had no issue with the location at all. The City Itself is a fun place to visit. You will always have lots to see and do while in Edinburgh.

The place was in need of new paint on the walls, worn furnishing, fecal stains on one of the rugs in one of the bedrooms in addition to the towels left for us when we arrived. After we checked out and made the Hosts aware of these gross finding (Chris and Karen) we got Ghosted from that point.

Its position was excellent for access to the city and its key attractions. The old town, Arthur’s seat, shopping, museum, train station and holyrood .

Everything was good, clean, warm. A lovely shower and bath. Beds a little firm and bedding could have been better. Quilt a little thin and cover didn’t fit well. It was good generally just lacked a few personal touches.

Location was fantastic, lovely decor and excellent facilities

Beds slightly too firm (personal preference) Some marks found on the bedding, unsure what they were which was a little off putting Road noise from cobbles was quite loud but we are used to silence living in the country so it’s only to be expected The tiles at the front door could do with a bleach to bring them up nicely as they looked quite dull but otherwise were clean

Location walking distance to many attractions , bed were comfy, nice complete kitchen and good for long stay for small family vacations. The host were very kind to even allowed to be contacted via WhatsApp for quick troubleshooting on slight hiccups during the check in.

The shower!!! It turns hot and cold inconsistent. Bedroom Close to the road but quieter at night , 2nd bedroom was little tight to move around. The sound from the garbage door sometimes gets little louder when there’s strong winds i guess.
