Newly Reno'd 2 Bed with Free Parking

Great communication and the arrival instructions were really easy to follow to gain access. The apartment is in a lovely location within easy walking distance to the city. Warm and Cosy with great Wi-Fi too.

Car parking is only suitable for a very small vehicle. One of the neighbours actually put stickers on our windscreen telling us not to block the bin store so we ended up parking out on the street which wasn't a problem as it's free from 6.30pm to 8.30am.

Great location with easy access to the main sights and the royal mile

Road noise at night given the cobbled street made it difficult to sleep at times

The property was located close to Holyrood and the Royal Mile. It was decorated and furnished well and was clean.

Beautifully renovated apartment close to the main attractions. Good to have the you tube description of the property from the owner. Easy to operate heating.

The car parking space was sufficient for our medium sized car if you parked very close to the wall. The only other comment would be that it is very important that you take the gate code with you if you expect to return after dark as the gate is now closed at dusk each evening by the residents as a security measure. This means that whether you are out in your car or on foot you need to enter the security code to regain entrance to the complex. Also as the keypad is not illuminated you will need some form of torch to enter the code.

The property was clean and in an excellent location to get around Edinburgh. The property was comfortable and modern with the parking space being extremely beneficial. The information shared beforehand was really useful and contact with the owners was easy. We were happy with what the property had to offer.

The road is a little bit busy but this didn’t spoil the break.
