Location clean very nice

Just the terrible beds and pillows. When you spend the majority of time in the condo sleeping or trying to sleep the owner could at least provide decent mattress and pillows. It’s a relatively low expense and would make the place a 10! But a very nice place!

The location was close to all Royal Mile , Holyrood Castle and Arthur’s seat all of which was convenient .

It states “newly Reno’d” but it’s not what you expect. For the high-end price you get scruffy worn out furniture and very uncomfortable beds. Not very clean. No toilet lid. No lock on bathroom door. Parking small and narrow and potential for damage by people passing by with their rubbish bags and opening side gate. The noise from cars constantly driving passed on the cobble road is loud and will disturb your sleep. You can’t open bedroom windows because of noise and security risk so the bedrooms are warm and airless in the warmer months. Upstairs door does not shut. Bulbs in lights missing. Wobbly tables. Insufficient room to store cupboard food. Microwave only has three legs and wobbles and spills any food inside when cooking. No fire protection/safety. Not very clean. Insufficient hangers given. Noisy. Definitely not what we expected for the high price paid. I have never had to write a bad review for anywhere I have stayed before but felt strongly on this occasion that I had to - I have also written an email of complaint to the rental company who owns this property and others within the city.

It was clean and tidy and good location for the activities going on in Edinburgh

2 separate families both with own car but only one parking space also no lock in toilet door which I found bazar

Central location…nice and compact unit. All amenities were provided

Small beds for 2 people to adjust.

Lovely modern apartment, brilliant location, would recommend.
