Manhattan loft

Easy to find and access - perfectly practical for our needs and just the right accommodation we were looking for for a short break.

A neighbours (?) car was in the space we had been allocated when we arrived which was a bit of a stress - this however was not the hosts' fault in the slightest - and another neighbour very kindly offered to text the owner of the space we borrowed until our allocated space became available.

Perfect stay - highly recommend the property

Very nice place! More than what needed very nicely fitted out. I’d recommend it as a well riced place to stay

Location. Margate is lovely

Accommodation was booked for 6. It does not sleep 6. The pull out bed is too small for 2 people and there is only lounge seating for 5 people. We couldn't sleep there so left one night early. Upon complaining, the owner sent a series of increasingly aggressive and erratic messages and booking.com stated that a refund could only come from the property owner, who was completely unreasonable about the whole thing. A refund had to be claimed via a claim via our credit card. The Booking.com representative was extremely rude when I complained and would not let me speak to his manager. Overall surreal customer service. I would avoid booking.com, this property that definitely cannot sleep 6 and its rude, aggressive owner.
