"Great space for the price, shame it wasn't very clean. Owner was really friendly."

location was good. Parking was on site, which is great. two bedrooms. ensuite and bathroom, so great with kids.

wasn't that clean, pretty tired. hallway up to flat was very run-down. Owner did say price reflected condition.

You can see that the owners have put a lot of thought and effort in to the property. The overall feel is very nice and you've got everything you need to get started, even some fresh milk in the fridge.
