Manhattan loft

Great communication from owner, Very clean. Towels provided, tea and coffee provided, comfortable beds. Lock box a little stiff only comment, great stay, would recommend.

I was disappointed with my experience of the Mahatten Loft Apartment.

From the point where I made my way to the external side communal entrance to the building. I found the communal front door was open with a set of keys hanging in the lock. I made my way to the Apartment, knocked on the door and found the cleaner. The keys belonged to the Apartment. From there on it was downhill. The cleaner stated she had to do a rush job as the vacuum was broken. Once the cleaner had gone, I had a look around. I found there seemed to be various stains on the carpeted areas. I later found the laminate flooring in the kitchen area was quite dirty. I cleaned it with some wet kitchen towel. I later found other things wrong with this Apartment. Such as a mixture of worn-out and newish towels. The third mattress which is located on the floor in an area off the Kitchen/lounge. Makes the apartment feel like a squat. other things which do not impress, The laminate flooring seems poorly put together in areas. There's a window that cannot be locked. The lock used to access the Apartment, is loosely attached to the door, which gives no confidence. When I stayed, there were an abundance of air fresheners throughout the building!?!. Perhaps it's just me, as the reviews I read before I booked the Apartment appeared very positive. Hopefully the images I have attached to back my claims up will be available. If they are, use the zoom facility.

The whole place is amazing.

Nothing I loved it all.

It was in a convenient location with good amenities. The property was clean and very spacious and comfortable and there were little touches that made it clear that the host had put a lot of thought into ensuring that guests had a pleasant stay. We really hope to stay again sometime.

Flat is nice ,light and in good allocation.

It’s wasn’t clean,flat had dump smell,dust ,sticky surfaces,floor was dusty and dirty,sofas stained was not very pleasant to sit on them.carpet in all flat required deep shampooing cleaning as it’s stained and dirty.bedroom lights not working properly and some missing light bulbs.windows dirty from inside.skirting boards dusty and dirty, Fish tank needs cleaning as well as it’s green inside. All flat required deep cleaning and updates,freezer didn’t work ,fridge was dirty and stinky . Cupboards need deep cleaning inside outside,cups,glasses,plates stained.pans rusty unusable.Oven dirty,cooker fans filters dirty,washing machine mouldy drawer and was something inside ,so we didn’t opened it as we were afraid of smell, dishwasher stinky and with peace of food ,no dishwasher tablets for it,lights in the kitchen dusty and sticky. Bathrooms required deep cleaning ,limescale on all taps,shower heads,glass bottom plastic green.extractor fan dirty,grouting between floor tiles missing and tiles moving.doors has finger black marks. Communal area leading to the flat looks dirty and smells disgusting.could not take rubbish out of flat as bin outside overload. Flat wasn’t looking very welcoming.

The whole apartment is perfect for individuals as well as groups. It’s cosy and in a lovely area of the town. It’ll take no time to get to the beach which is the best part of Margate.

I didn’t like that I had to leave! I could have stayed for a while.

Cleaning need to be improved greatly, dirty towels was left in bathroom, bathroom sinks were dirty, weird stains on one of the beds, kettle unusable, no pots to boil water in for hot drinks, lights in entrance and stairway leading to apartment not working so quite unsafe when dark outside.
