Concert Square Apartments By Happy Days

Great location & very spacious.

Floors were very dirty, cannot have been cleaned before we arrived. It was very hot & stuffy. No windows opened & air con did not work.

For one, they took a £700 security deposit off us which we aren't getting back apparently because they found an empty 'cannister' upon checkout which wasn't ours. We had 2 seperate bookings and the receptionist is trying to take the full deposit for both rooms even though one of the bookings had no issues at all. 2nd we had been locked out of our room for 6 hours in the first day as the door was broke and the key fob wouldn't work. Upon ringing checkout the cheeky receptionist with a foreign accent was no help at all. Wasn't even slightly worried when I told her that my friend was diabetic and couldn't get into the apartment to check his blood levels or get his eppy pen. 4 of the 6 beds where broke. The place is a dive and the staff are horrible. Apart from the location there was nothing good about our stay.
