staff were lovely checking in was easy one of the beds were broken and they sent someone round straight away to fix it

no lift stairs were a killer 🤣

Sorry but it was not clean and the shower was always cold plus i had to go out and buy cleaning products and kitchen knives,Ive stayef their in the past but that was fitst time ive been dissapointed with an appertment

The inside of apartment was nice and clean

The location was not great and the stairs was dirty af, carpet was dirty in the hallways This is what let the whole place down if im honest.

Nice apartment but nowhere stated when booking that their are no windows! Only roof windows that can’t be open for fresh air!

The noise from all the clubs was as if they was partying in the room next door until 6am! Bring ear plugs!
