Very spacious and comfortable with great facilities

The door had some issues locking when leaving the apartment- possibly user error but overall great spot

The location of the property was excellent and offered easy access to shops and places to eat. A Tesco Express at the end of the street made picking up essentials very convenient. The property itself was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.

Unfortunately, I hadn’t realised that the property was pet friendly and, upon our arrival, there was a noticeable smell of dog. This was mainly in the kitchen/living area and seemed to be coming from the sofa. I reported this to the management company, who did attempt to resolve the issue during our stay, but unfortunately the smell remained. In addition, the panel heater in the bedroom was not working. This was also reported but was not fixed during our stay, which meant the bedroom was not as warm as the rest of the property. Once these small issues have been rectified, this will be a great property for a trip to Leeds.

a good place to stay if you want to be near the centre of the city but comes with the negetives that such a location can bring...

the apartment is quite spartan and a bit tired, doesn't quite live up to the photos and description, very noisy a throughout the night as clubbers pass the window on their way home, then just as you get to sleep the bin lorry and general traffic start... would benefit from secondary glazing, especially at street level...

Could do with a bit of a freshen up.
