LS1 - Luxury City Centre Apartments Leeds

Good location

I feel like I have to write an honest review, as a warning to future guests, and also in vain to try and cause change by the properties hosts. I stayed on the ground floor apartment. This property is still being advertised as sleeping four. Please, please , please note that this is impossible. The sofa bed is completely broken with gaffer tape around the frame at the foot of the bed that no longer supports anything. This was a known issue , as communicated to me by the hosts after I raised the issue on my first night. … the damage to the frame also makes even sitting in the sofa an anticlimax.i wouldn’t waste your time. Throughout my whole stay there was a mysterious double beep at 2 minute intervals. [ like a smoke alarm running out of battery].Again this was communicated on the first evening .. and every evening after [I had booked a four night stay but ended up leaving after three as I simply wasn’t sleeping] Please note that the property is only single glazed/, a big Biffa bin is up against the window in the living space and this gets filled with bottles day and night , it’s almost cinematic in sound , you really feel like they are in the room with you . Similar bins are close to the front of the property too and you can expect the same here. It’s worth nothing that’s although the front of the property is above street level the back is not , it’s more basement level and you do not get much natural light. Also other guests really do not mind slamming the entry door and internal doors at all .. may I suggest just a polite sign in the entry hallway just to help people realise they are not alone, and may need to consider people who may have just drifted off to sleep after battling with the bin filling and the continuous double beeping …. Don’t be fooled thinking the flat had been professionally cleaned either .. cobwebs and so much dust [as pictured]… I was nice tho and rehung the blind that was down in the bedroom upon arrival …

Down a dodgy looking alley. Wardrobe door was off and leaning against wardrobe. Could have been cleaner (shower head water not coming out many of the spouts because they were blocked with build up)

Booked for four people one small double and a sofa bed that could not be slept on which obviously had. Hue impact on our stay not what you would expect for nearly 300 pounds a night . Very noisy but I would half expect that because of the surroundings
