Really great location for visiting, Sandringham , HOUGHTON house , wells , etc . the apartment is all done to really good spec , everything you need for a comfortable stay . Loved it 👌will definitely stay again , and recommend to family & friends 👍

Entrance balcony by entrance had cracked ash tray on table, on entering in bowl placed tatty crumpled stained cafe menu with 2 teabags and 2 coffee bags ? Luxury? Dirty cups, dust dirt layer on bathroom cupboard and very dusty towel rail disgusting toothbrush beaker with hair and mess at bottom, luxury? Whirring noise like a constant tumble dryer all night long couldn't sleep for most of the night far from luxurious!!!

Gorgeous, tastefully decorated throughout and very comfortable spacious apartment overlooking village green and pub! Above and beyond expectations, highly recommend.

The hideaway is one of favourite places to stay when in the area . It is decorated to a high standard with amazing bed And superb bath It has everything you need and the shop underneath if needed also the cartshed tea room behind the property with lovely breakfasts lunches 👌 The owners always make sure you have those special touches Across the road is the dabbling duck a must visit Serving wonderful dishes and pizzas in the barn at weekends which we enjoy this property is in quaint little village with very welcoming residents
