Contemporary large apartment in an ideal location

It was such a spacious beautiful apartment with everything supplied. Excellent location.

It wasn't made clear that it was a basement apartment and the steps were too much for my mum who suffers from COPD

A bit tired, the TV doesn’t work. One hand basin was out of service and we were unable to contact the property manager (no response to text or voice messages). Luckily it wasn’t a major problem that needed an urgent response.

Really great location. Comfortable, relatively spacious house, certainly good for 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped.

There was no response from the owner other than what I presume are automated messages at time of booking and on the day of arrival. Our request wasn't urgent so in the end it didn't really matter but it's always nice to know that someone will respond if you have a question. The house was clean but the windows haven't been cleaned in some time.

The lack of response to emails was ridiculous, 4 emails, 2 voicemails and a text (all asking the same question over that space of 2 weeks) were all totally ignored. The apartment wasn’t very clean-the blinds were totally filthy in the bathroom, the TV also didn’t work which was frustrating. Toilet in en suite loose. Ants all over the apartment.

The location was excellent, it was a great place to stay for a few days in Bath ! Just wonderful

The appartment was lovely - bright , spacious and well laid out with plenty of room and the benefit of a bathroom and en suite. Bedding and bed were very comfortable and the location was superb, so close to all amenities. Check out times good as well. We would definitely stay again, A note to Booking.com in general - it would be so much easier to receive a text with the key code - not everyone has access to E mail on their phone - especially if the WI FI in the area is not good.

There was an issue with the toilet in the en suite- it appeared to be coming loose from its moorings and was not anchored properly! Also the blinds in that room were in urgent need of a clean - even though the rest of the appartment was spotless. The small outside area also needed a tidy up - there was an odd shoe just lying around which was quite odd! All of this could have been conveyed to the owner privately for their attention had they replied to an earlier query I had before arrival - I tried to contact them via Booking.com and by phone and text but received no response. A shame really as apart from this we loved it!

Bathroom mould and cobwebs so many moths in bedroom (15!) dead ones in the shower. Bland not very cosy
