Contemporary large apartment in an ideal location

Great location and very comfortable, clean and cosy apartment. All facilities were modern and good. Prices are high in Bath but this seemed like good value for the size of the apartment and the handy location in the centre.

All was good. Just to say that the radiator in the ensuite bathroom is leaking so the floor was a bit wet

The apartment needs some serious TLC. It needed a really good cleaning and some attention to why there was a smell of damp. Light bulbs missing or not working in certain areas. Just felt unloved

Everything is perfect about this property! Comfortable, big, clean, plenty of facilities provided. The location is great, exactly in Bath centre, on a very atmospheric street

It locates on -1 floor but still has windows

Location was excellent, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The inside of the apartment was clean.

The front steps needed a good clean - a build up of leaves and dirt meant that they were slippery in the rain. The windows appear to have not been cleaned since the time of George IV. Also, as previous reviewers have noted, the TV doesn’t work.

The apartment is in a basement (it is not clearly described) and in the night the mice accompain you down stairs. The property manager is anavailable, we sent some emails but no one reply. We would not stay there again.
