Contemporary large apartment in an ideal location

Fantastic location, spacious, all the facilities you need with plenty of teas/coffees

Outside ‘space’ could be made something of, perhaps a bistro table & chairs, despite the pictures there was no outside furniture). There’s lots of bottles and rubbish chucked over the wall (it’s a basement) but that’s not the owners fault, though they could sweep it up before it gets too bad! Ensuite bathroom radiator leaks and tv doesn’t work. Standard lamp broken and no bulb. Overall it needs a lot of maintenance to keep it up to scratch. That said, we weren’t in it much and it was comfy for the time we were there.

It’s got a perfect location, it’s very comfortable and it has all the amenities you would require. We have stayed in this apartment before and would definitely recommend it.

On arrival there was a strong smell of gas! Having entered the building it was obvious that a gas ring had been left on by accident, also the TV had no signal to it. On normal occasions it wouldn’t have been a problem! However we had taken our elderly parents away with us and having been on the go all day they do like to relax and watch television. We contacted the owner regarding these issues but up to date we haven’t heard back from them.

Nice comfy beds and adequate heating bedding and towels. Nespresso machine and all you need in the kitchen for a short break. Close to the Abbey Roman baths shops and hop on hop off bus.

Too close to M and S delivery area so some noise from deliveries and rubbish moved in the early hours of the morning Leak from radiator in en-suite needs to be fixed.

The location could not have been more perfect. The apartment was comfortable and very roomy for myself, my daughter and granddaughter. It was really a lovely way to spend a week in Bath.

It is a very minor thing, but there was very little washing liquid for washing clothes, and we could have used a few more linens in the kitchen.

The family of four, we enjoyed our short stay at this apartment. Spacious, well maintained, clean place. Excellent location!

Great location. Beds comfortable.

Apartment dirty (e.g oven & grill pan filthy) & VERY badly maintained (e.g blocked sink & leaking radiator in en suite). TV didn't work nor did WiFi. NO RESPONSE FROM OWNERS (contacted them 3 times). These problems have been reported by previous guests to the owners as far back as a year ago. SURELY PLENTY OF TIME FOR REPAIRS. Also the outside space was disgusting. Badly lit steps to front door. Owners happy to take our money but NOT provide good service.

Excellent location, spacious, nice beds, device charger stations in bedrooms, shampoo and bath gel provided.

Absolutely no communication from the hosts in response to our issues so we are listing them here. We stayed there for one week. We eventually found an emergency contact in the on-site binder that connected us with a maintenance person who kindly took the time to help us. The following were issues that we encountered (many the same as previous guests): -no hot water as water heater was turned off (maintenance person turned on hot water on second day of our stay) -no wifi as there was no modem (maintenance person arranged for modem after several days) -appliance switches in the kitchen were hidden behind a tray (would have been helpful to have this information in the binder) -in the main bathroom there were ants and the support for shower handle in main bathroom is broken -in ensuite bathroom the towel warmer is leaking and the toilet is wobbly -outside stairs and entranceway full of debris and very dark
