Contemporary large apartment in an ideal location

The location is impeccable, right in the heart of Bath. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Hard to find the way to access the keys.

Steep steps down to front door. Outside area was dirty with lots of rubbish thrown into it. The windows were very dirty outside and there were also cobwebs on the inside. The apartment was not we’ll-maintained. A lightbulb was missing from a lamp, the toilet in the en- suite was coming away from the wall, bin lid was broken and the radiator was leaking. Also, the television didn’t work and the kitchen units had a door which had come off and was just left leaning on the side. There was a musty, damp smell in the apartment.

Location is excellent, apartment is well maintained and very comfortable. 2 full bathrooms.

The entrance is down a quiet dark area and down some narrow steps.

Great location for Bath Centre. Lovely property, very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Fabulous location, very clean and spacious. Car parks and all amenities just a couple of minutes away. Booking was very easy and great communications from the owners.

Didn’t realise it was a basement flat with steeps stairs going down, and we found a homeless man sleeping outside the front door when we returned one evening.

The location of this apartment is amazing. It is on a quiet street but with Sally Lun's is just a few steps away. We were able to get to all of Bath's top locations in a matter of minutes and the pickup for our tour to Stonehenge was just a one minute walk away. We liked the amount of space, having two bathrooms and the cozy kitchen and living room. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved how it came with a Nespresso, tea kettle, tea bags and sugar. To top it off, the place was immaculate!

Unfortunately, the host was very unresponsive. As another guest wrote in a review, we also encountered a gas smell upon arriving and found that the pilot was on but no flame. Perhaps when cleaning, it was accidentally turned on. We immediately opened up the kitchen door and front door to air out the apartment. I reached out to the host but never heard back during the time that we were there. I understand that hosts have other jobs or priorities, but I believe hosts should make themselves available when guests first check in. The apartment is below ground, which isn't a negative per se, but might not be ideal for some people who want more light. I would suggest providing more towels(two per person) and more hangers in the wardrobes. Otherwise, it is great!

Nice place for 2 couples to share

The place was a great location! It seemed very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were great as were the furniture and decor. great place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The only issue was the bathroom I. The master bedroom had a leak from the towel heater. The floor was damaged . We put towels down to soak up the water. I’m sure they will fix that soon.
