"Property with great location but no WiFi/TV despite saying it did, no support available"

Location

No WiFi, TV didn't work no response throughout weekend or since to the messages we sent to the owners. There were no manuals, daughter needed WiFi for essential college work. There was no opportunity for any help or support at the accommodation. Not sure what we would have done if any emergency.

"Would not recommend this property to anyone, it’s in dire need of a thorough clean."

The location and that it had a washing machine.

The main bedroom had a very strong smell of dampness and mould. There was a used toilet roll on the holder which hadn’t been disposed of. The heated towel rail in the main ensuite leaked water as soon as it was turned in so was not usable. There was thick dust and cobwebs on the picture frame above the bed, but worst of all, the bottom of the window in the main ensuite was covered in black mould. I have asthma and was quite sick while staying at the apartment. I was happy that our time was cut short m, and as a travel consultant, I would never recommend this property to anyone. My stay was very disappointing.

"Nice apartment but unresponsive host"

Location is excellent. Right in the heart of Bath and with M&S just outside, very convenient.

The hosts were unresponsive in rectifying wifi issue, tv didn't work and just didn't reply when we sought their assistance on these simple matters.

"Good"

WiFi did not work during our stay. We tried to connect the host by phoned but no one received the call. We also sent messages to the host, but the result is the same. However, the resident is fine. The location was good, facilities were good.

"It worked well for the three of us and would return if en-suite damp & ventilation issues resolved"

Positives: great proximity to the centre, spacious, tasteful, comfortable, convenient

Negatives: damp/mould in en-suite leading to stale/poor air quality in en-suite and main bedroom, scruffy/unkempt outside front entrance & back door area. Generally very clean inside but needs damp sorting and better ventilation. TV & lamp not working, WIFI intermittent. All above easily sorted
