Great location. Parking close by. Beds were comfortable.

Not clean, hair blocking the bath plug hole. Dusty. Smelly. Bathrooms need cleaning better and repairing. Shower heads full of limescale. Radiator in the ensuite was leaking. Called the number given multiple times with no answer.

Location excellent. Size of property good.

Not advertised as basement flat so access issues- steep stairs down that could have been cleaned and swept. Key lock difficult to open. Superficially clean - mould, damp and cobwebs throughout. Windows filthy. No telly or decent WiFi signal. Didn’t have heating or hot water for couple of hours - had to reset boiler. No response from owners to calls or messages. No manuals anywhere. Wouldn’t recommend.

We thought the place was really well located and lots of room. We felt the place was superficially clean but there was room for thorough clean but many people will not care so much so maybe not a big deal. The toilet brush is broken and we felt that to be unacceptable and most unhygienic to use. The exhaust fan was not working and a few cobwebs but on balance we were still quite happy with the whole experience.

The location around the corner from the Roman Baths, restaurants and shops is outstanding - while still being a quiet street. It’s a comfortable, well appointed, clean and spacious apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was great to gather with our family. Having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus.

Some maintenance is needed to check that everything works.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable

Additional details making it clear that the street was off North Parade and not a large building on it. The steps down are steep and both outside lights need to be working, especially in Winter. Steps need to be swept for safety if weather wet.
