Contemporary large apartment in an ideal location

Very modern and right in the centre close to everything.

Rhe kitchen flooded with the rains.

Location was perfect for what we needed Size was good for three adults.

First of all the access was poor, due to guests having mobility issues.. wasn't aware of location in a basement when I booked!! Lack of information about the flat and local area, previous properties I have stayed in have offered this which is handy if not familiar with area or appliances within the flat!! Lack of WiFi which was advertised to have.. we struggled due to health reasons and needing to be contacted at all times very poor! I texted and phoned at various different times and got no response which I believe is very poor customer service!! Marked and unkept furniture in the lounge and in the twin bedroom. Dishwasher tablets were stated however none there, sounds petty but who wants to wash up on holiday!

Is in the city centre

The room’s of single bed had a hairs on the side table and inside the bed. The wifi is didn’t work after following instructions carefully. The cushions is split. The toilet of Double bedroom is leaking.

This property is in the best location. It is huge with space for everyone to have their own area.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this apartment.

The location is excellent, near the train station, near the centre of town, the thermal baths and Roman baths

Everything was great, the showers are a little old but that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again

The lounge was a comfortable room. The main bathroom was very good. The kitchen was well fitted out not that we used it a lot apart from teas and coffees.

We did feel the blue tooth speaker needs attention to it's amplifier. It would have been nice to have a TV for late evening. The on-suite bathroom is in need of some care. The toilet doesn't feel secure and liquid comes up through the wooden flooring. A leak of some sort is there so we stopped using this from the first nights stay. You can still see water marks on the floor towel even when the shower has not been used for 3 days.
