Contemporary large apartment in an ideal location

Location is fabulous. Beds bedding and towels ok.

Not very clean decor very tired. Leak in en-suite bathroom the same as a year ago - floor squelches underfoot from leaking radiator. Hair in sink plugs. Coffee machine still full of coffee on arrival . No tv at all just remote controls No working WiFi just shows wifi is there somewhere but does not Work . No contact back from property owner when reported. Needs maintenance and to provide what’s advertised.

The location was fantastic. There were enough bathroom facilities for the amount of people staying. Toiletries were available.

There was no communication at all from host. Only automated messages. There was a problem with the wifi and I called, left messages on booking.com and on WhatsApp and there was no response. We had to use our data which will add money to our bill, even more than usual because we are from the EU. Only one tea towel. Couch and chairs not very comfortable. My main reason for a poor review is that, since our stay, I've read other reviews about the same problems. Obviously the owner doesn't care, so I think this deserves a very low rating. It's not good enough.

The property is lovely and spacious, right in the heart of Bath.

Unfortunately no phone signal Due to it being a large old stone building and being the basement level and was told wifi was available, it wasn't. When raised with the hosts we was ignored. The decoration is a little tired and some maintenance needs to be done particularly in the en suite and bathroom. The cleaning needs to be looked at aswell, there was heavy dust behind the doors along with ants in the main bathroom.

Great location right in the centre of the city, The apartment had everything that we needed, fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee, comfortable rooms, great bathrooms and shoers, plenty of space

The property was as described, clean, comfortable, at a great location.

We had a very unpleasant experience - locked out of the living room by a broken doorknob, with our valuables inside. Had to get a locksmith, costing £142. Messaged and tried to contact landlord more than 10 times, 0 communication, he just ignored the calls. Complained to Bookings.com and asked for refund, which couldn’t be granted because the landlord couldn’t be reached to authorise the refund- he simply ignored all calls.

Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable, nice hot shower.

Couldn’t connect WiFi (my 5G super slow) staff did not respond to my calls/text messages/no TV.

The location is very good and central to all the main attractions

It was not made clear that this apartment is in the basement of the building and is a little tricky to enter in the dark for elderly guests
