Lovely apartment and perfect location.

We had 4 adults staying couple of things though the sofa in the lounge is not suitable for older guests with mobility issues it’s very low and well worn. And more than that the 4 of us couldn’t sit and watch a movie in the evenings together as not enough seats. Needs another sofa in the lounge the bar chairs can’t be used with mobility issues and for an evening in. And the double bed is really soft so I ended up with a bad back. The apartment is lovely though perhaps consider upgrading the mattress and add another sofa we would book again for sure if that was in place.

I did not recieve the code for the padestrian gate until half way through our stay, but luckily someone was passing and buzzed me through, the key box is very stiff, perhaps a bit of WD40 may help. (I did get the code for the lock box) Amiee was helpful and sent pictures of the steps we needed to negotiate to get to the lift for my husband who uses a wheelchair. Apartment nicce and warm, easy to negotiate.

The step was not easy into the lift area, but due to the weather my husband stayed indoors, so this was not an issue. Would have liked an oven glove and more hand towels in general. We noticed that quite a lot of the plates and mugs are chipped, perhaps these need to be replaced.

Very clean,modern. Well kitted out with everything you could need. Free parking. Quiet,good location. Had a great stay with a friend,would definitely stay again. Really nice place to stay and chill.

Not a complaint but as mentioned in a previous rating,could definitely do with a second sofa rather than the tub chair. Parking can be tight,but not owners fault and it is what it is,still manageable.

Location was great for what we wanted it for and would stay again.

could have done with oven gloves in the kitchen, radiators in bathrooms way too hot and no way to turn them down (but would prefer that than cold!) otherwise all was good.

Great location, close to everything in Newquay. Quiet in the apartment, no noise at all. We really had a great time and would of stayed longer if we could, next time ;)

Parking is a tricky one, very tight parking but there is nothing they can do about it. Not just an easy in and out parking space. Do 3/4 point turn and alley dock reverse in.
