Excellent location and ideal for exploring Newquay

Everything was fine. Very well equipped. Very spacious Good location

Below are observations for improvements - no major issues though. (We were happy with the accommodation). 1. We had an entry delay due to the previous guests making a mess but didn't really affect us - we were a bit early and just went to the pub locally. 2. The double bed was way to short for me and i'm only 5'11; A bigger bed or no foot-board would be a big improvement. 3. Also the room would easily take a Kingsize which would be preferable. (As advertised though). 4. To say there were 4 adults the seating arrangements didn't really work - 1 large settee and a tub seat - felt like an interview situation. A small 2 seater or 2nd Tub would be a benefit. We had to use the bar stool which wasn't really appropriate to relax on an evening. 5. The parking is a nightmare; I managed it after serious maneuvers but both my neighbours scratched their cars. In the apartment the detail brochure said to reverse in, I didn't as i didn't see this info first and tbh not sure if it was advised first. If it was i didn't see it. 6. The socket for the hairdryer that was available was too far away from the mirror in the double bedroom to see/use properly. 7. My friends who used the twin room / house bathroom said there was a water leak at the mixer end of the bath affecting low pressure for the shower. 8. One of the bar stools is very wobbly - looks like it could break soon. 9. We were advised we needed to use and display a parking permit or risk £100 fine. No cars had these on and our key press did not have one either?

Incredibly good location right in the centre of Newquay with underground parking and a short walk to the beach. No ocean view from the apartment block (despite the name) but it's very close. Little private outdoor area, good for eating/ socialising outdoors in good weather. TV and WiFi. Excellent price. The owners were quick to respond and proactive in sharing information. Everything was clear and easy.

Main bed is just a double and has a board at the foot of the bed, meaning if you're tall, you can't sleep comfortably. Might also be uncomfortable for couples. WiFi can be slow.

Lovely clean good size. Two bathrooms two bedrooms ideal

Nice clean apartment. Secure free parking on site. Accommodation in great location. 5mins walk into town. No noise at night.

Think it needs another 2 seater sofa for more comfort.
