Prefer a bigger bed

The location,apartment was lovely. Shower great ,we had all what you needed.

The bed was far too soft,and not against head board (big gap),also would have preferred king size especially as there was plenty of space Didn't get much sleep I'm afraid .

The location was fantastic, less than 10 minutes from the centre which was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely come back next time we are here.

Lovely cared for and equipped apartment, easy access to the city and secure parking.

Great location, easy to walk into the city. Some local coffee and tea were left in the property, although only a small amount.

Would benefit from a socket/extension lead near the dressing table so you can actually do your hair in a mirror. There was a problem with the boiler which resulted in us having cold water. It took us 40minutes to get hold of the owners, unknown if we would hear back from them a cold shower was had. Apparently this is a known issue with the boiler so it should be checked prior to every guests stay. The accommodation is expensive and the very least I’d expect is the ability to have a hot shower. The owner offered an apology on the phone.

Modern, very clean, good quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent location with parking included. Information provided by the Hosts was first class.

Would have preferred a king sized bed.

Tastefully decorated and well designed suite. Lovely complimentary teas & coffee very much appreciated. Very comfortable bed and a good shower. Excellent location for centre of York - quiet location but only 5 mins from restaurants etc

only a small point - need an extension lead to plug in hair dryer, close to the dressing table

The Apartment is amazing, the bed was really comfortable and added extras like the coffee beans and machine give homely touches, it is only a short walk from York centre and the car park is located right opposite. The hosts were great at responding to our questions and overall we had a lovely stay and would come back in the future

Everything about the property itself is amazing, the only thing we were a bit uneasy with was the walk back to the apartment at night time as the quickest route was quite dark and quiet, but we found another route which was perfect
