Stunning 2 bed with Sea View in Hastings Old Town

Great location, clean and comfortable inside. Easy to walk to from station and close to beach, old town, etc.

The exterior is a little unappealing but thankfully much nicer inside. Quite an old building with some creaky floorboards, so a little noise from upstairs at night.

Perfect sea front location. Fully equipped flat Had an issue the first night with an alarm going off and the flat manager sorted straight away even though it was late

Shower didn’t have much power, was fine for a couple of days

Nice view of the beach wich was unfortunately obscured by work men and scaffolding at the balcony.

Lack of parking, scaffolding and work men.

The freezer was full of mold hence was unusable. We expected freezer to be functional, as per description, so packed frozen food for our stay. This food defrosted and went to waste as aforementioned appliance was filthy (to use it may have posed a health risk). Location has it's merits but carpark opposite seems to be a meeting place for people who like to race their cars/motor bikes; the noise of revving engines persisted late into the night/early hours.

Fabulous location and view, nice flat once inside

Really shabby approach, lots of litter, dilapidated exterior of building, front door pretty much falling apart, actually felt really unsafe as it needs a new lock, door knob and a working entry phone. Awful hallway and stairs up to the flat. Incredibly off-putting. We almost got back in the car. We persevered as only for one night. The flat itself is nice and clean once inside and the sea view is great. A helpful document would have been appreciated re tv, appliances etc. My major complaint is that when we expressed our sincere concern about our safety re the door our host ignored it and failed to respond in any meaningful way. I would never stay there again and do not recommend it, I am sorry to say as it has great potential and could be beautiful 🥲

we couldn’t work out how to use the shower or the tv. a few instructions would have been really helpful.
