"Lovely location, sadly dirty apartment."

location, view and interior style.

Unclean, dirty sheets from previous guests, dirty towels from previous guests. Apartment hadn’t been swept, hoovered or mopped for our arrival. No hot water at all on last day. Curtain didn’t cover window in 2nd bedroom, entrance stairs and landing dirty, radiators were red hot and wouldn’t switch off. Previous guests products in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards dirty. Poor communication from owner with our complaint.

Perfect location, and great view. The weather was awful, but the apartment was nice and warm.

We found the lock box for the keys very fiddly .
