The accommodation was great, loads of space, the beds were comfy, great location, walking distance to all the amenities & the free parking was a bonus.

There were hand towels when we arrived they were delivered the next morning.

Massive sized rooms over 3 floors, great location and a wee courtyard at the rear. Very clean and 5 minute walk to train station and city centre, plenty bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

"Just fabulous!"

Honestly incredible! The location is brilliant, a 3 minute walk to the train station and no more than 15 minutes to anywhere in town. The apartments were huge, bigger than the photos show, facilities were all very clean, and the beds were so incredibly comfortable. The showers were all brilliant and the bathrooms had underfloor heating - all in all, a wonderful place!

"We would all love to stay here again, should we re-visit York."

Location was convenient for all attractions within and just outside the Walls. Property was well appointed, comfortable and peaceful, with lovely views front and back. A bathroom per bedroom was what made life easy for us, with 3 couples staying here. Photos are of the views from the attic bedroom.

A feature of this type of property - not a problem for us - but people less able to manage stairs might have had difficulty with accommodation being on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.

- Stained carpets - Generally tired property, in need of a refurb - Not reflective of the descriptions - Dark attic room, with a faulty toilet cistern system not secured to the wall - Tired sinking sofas - Really poor quality bedding, preventing a reasonable sleep - Unhygienic shower facility.

"Super stay in a great location"

Location was excellent Hosts were friendly and responsive Parking was a bonus Rooms were large and airy

Some minor repairs needed (fridge door front was loose, couple of lightbulbs needed replacing) but didn't affect our stay
