The apartment was clean, tidy and in a great spot with amazing views.

We specifically booked because of the hot tub, yet when we arrived the water was cold. We left it a little while to see if it would warm up but by 8pm the temp was still only 28. We txt the owner to see if he could shed some light , and he told us the boiler was broken and so the tub had been filled with cold, and for us to find a bucket and take out some of the water, carry it to the sink in the kitchen and then refill the tub!!! We did this, and waited till 11pm but the water still wasn't warm enough. No txt back off the owner to see if everything was ok, we did txt him again after our stay but still nothing. I really didn't expect to spend my first night of 2 carrying bowls of water from the balcony to the kitchen in -2 degrees. We only booked this place for the hot tub. Very disappointed with the customer care to say the least.

the view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. the hot tub was amazing. we went in it every night. the apartment was absolutely beautiful. we had my sisters birthday at the apartment and also i proposed to my girlfriend there and it was absolutely perfect :)

the only thing i’m disappointed about was the fact that i saw other people had welcome packs but we never got one

We have been to these properties several times before. The location is exactly as we need. The view across and along the bay is stunning. The accommodation is first class. Quality furnishings. Spotlessly clean. Nice touch with the Christmas Tree. Appreciated.

The weather.... which the owners can't control.

Lovely views ,hottub very clean and well equipted.

The place was lovely and clean and spacious. There are two beds and thanfully, they had different levels of firmness on each mattress. We found that one of the mattresses was too soft and caused some back ache. We tried the other bed which was much for comfortable for us. The jacuzzi outside is a fantastic addition and brilliant to use on an evening, with a glass of wine, especially when it's still raining ! The beach is a leisurely 15 minutes walk from the apartment and is huge, flat and pebble free. We took our 5 year old Springador with us and she absolutely loved being on the beach. There are plenty of activity leaflets in the cabinet drawer and after perusing these, we decided to visit Tree Tops in Tenby and Go Ape in Margam. We had a fantastic time there. The kitchen is well equipped and the leather sofa is very comfortable. Will definitely visit here again.

If this place could be improved, it would be one thing and that's somewhere to hang your coats when you get back and it's been throwing it down.

Very clean apartment, everything you need .fantastic views, hot tub was Great. Would definitely recommend.
