The Tower by Harrogate Serviced Apartments

Exceptional tower viewing facility.

Hair had not been cleaned from the bath plug.

Very comfortable and cosy apartment, nicely furnished and finished. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Brilliant rooftop lanternlight room, perfect for some quiet time. Great location, 10 min walk to centre of Harrogate.

No reakfast was provided

Kitchen under equipped. Large chip in one of the dinner plates. Baking tin with non stick lining peeling off. No washing up liquid provided - empty bottle left and inadequate dish washer tablets left. Evidence of previous occupiers left ie glass half full of sticky liquid left on bedside table . Great pity as apartment has such potential but was let down by inattention to detail.

What's not to like we loved it.

Very clean and tidy, excellent facilities, very high standard of decor. Viewing tower was a nice feature.

Windows rattled terribly in the wind and we couldn’t get them to shut properly. Was the only negative though and weather was somewhat exceptional. Wouldn’t be an issue in the summer months.

This was the most fabulous holiday let we've ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, cosy and beautifully decorated! Would absolutely stay there again and will recommend it to friends and family.

There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect. Can't fault The Tower.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms and living room were spotless. The location was perfect, with the centre being a 5-10 minute walk away. The tower was amazing to sit in and look out over Harrogate. The Christmas decorations were a wonderful addition.

The only issue we had was the kitchen, which was an awful shame. The cleaning in that room wasn't the best as there were a few issues. That said, it wouldn't put me off staying there again or recommending it to others who wished to visit the area as the host assured me that this would be addressed.
